Meet Our Team
Thomas H. Shreyer
Owner
Thomas H. Shreyer founded B-Level, Ltd. in 1997 and has
full profit and loss responsibilities for the company.
As an entrepreneur,
Tom's goal was simple - to provide a cost-effective solution
to concrete repair. With the help of his co-workers, B-Level
has provided services for more than hundreds of customers
throughout the Eastern United States.
Tom began his career in 1971 as an enlisted soldier in
the United States Army. After serving two years in Europe,
he returned to Ohio to attend The Ohio State University
where he earned a bachelor's degree in Agriculture. Upon
graduation, he joined Landmark, Ohio's largest egg processor,
as a plant foreman in 1975. Following a series of increasingly
more responsible positions, Tom was hired as executive
vice president of Operations and Marketing of AgriGeneral
in 1995 until his most recent entrepreneur endeavors with
B-Level.
In 2002, Tom expanded B-Level's services by making it
a certified Ram Jack dealer to repair foundations. Today,
he actively seeks other entrepreneurs and encourages them
to start their own concrete-lifting and-leveling company.
Jacob T. Shreyer
Vice President
Jacob Shreyer, son of B-Level Owner Thomas Shreyer, joined
the company in March 1998 as a concrete-lifting and-leveling
associate. Jacob played a significant role in assisting
Tom with concept development and initial start-up of the
business.
Today, Jacob is the vice president of B-Level, responsible
for all structural repairs, pier installation, and concrete
lifting and leveling. He also is responsible for all company
sales.
Prior to joining B-Level, Jacob attended Ohio University
to pursue a degree in General Business and served in the
U.S. Army Reserves as a finance specialist. Jacob holds
a license in Foundation Evaluation and Pier installation
from Ram Jack, LLC. He is also certified with Fortress
Stabilization Systems and B-Level. Jacob has also worked
with B-Level in its research and development area of the
equipment manufacturing department.
